We are expanding our India team and are looking for passionate freshers to join our US IT/Non-IT Recruitment division.

Trainee Recruiters – IT/Non-IT

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand and analyze client requirements for various IT and Non-IT roles.

● Source qualified candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.

● Conduct initial screening to assess communication skills, technical compatibility, and availability.

● Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

● Maintain regular follow-up with candidates through the hiring lifecycle.

● Update and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

● Collaborate with Account Managers and senior recruiters to ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

B.Sc, BCA, BE, or B.Tech

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle is an added advantage.
