Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated US IT Recruiter with experience (0–12 months) in sourcing and placing top IT talent for clients. You’ll work across full-cycle recruitment to deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients .

Work on IT roles including Java, .NET, Business Analysts, QA, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and more.

Source, screen, and submit candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Schedule and manage interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Partner with Account Managers and Team Leads to understand client requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS/CRM system.

Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
