Greetings from LanceSoft Location: Nepal Katmandu Contract Role Work Setup: Onsite Designation: Fiber Technician/Engineer Department: Telecom Engineering Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 Yrs Exp Key Skills Must have sound understanding of fibre , UG, ADSS, FTTH, fiber technology Should be able to do fibre splicing using splicing machines. Should have knowledge of using cable locator, rodo meter, fiber spool. Knowledge of using OTDR, laser source and power meter. Should have knowledge of installation, testing, operation and maintenance of fiber systems , patch cords. Should do preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber. Must have working experience on fiber networks for 2-3 years. Analysing daily network reports like network Outage, Reporting, KPI and find out route causes of outages due to power and take corrective actions accordingly Knowledge of MS - Excel, Word Should be a strong team player Knowledge or working experience on Telecom networks,ISP/FTTH will be preferred Show more Show less
