What You’ll Do

✅ Recruit professionals for civil engineering, construction management, inspection, and infrastructure roles

✅ Use knowledge of construction standards (OSHA, ANSI, ASTM, AASHTO, FHWA, DOT, LEED) and industry jargon (RFI, RFQ, submittals, punch lists, change orders, etc.) to evaluate candidates

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

✅ Build pipelines of cleared and pre-qualified candidates for government projects
