Embrace our mission of helping clients construct quality projects and experience a culture of care, fun, and accountability driving high motivation and performance. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Lead geotechnical investigations and provide design recommendations using software such as PLAXIS, SLOPE/W, LPile, and GeoStudio Analyze geological and topographical data to inform engineering decisions Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation Guide foundation design including pile and drilled shaft systems Collaborate with internal teams and support business development initiatives Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic planning ✅ Qualifications: M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering with 5+ years of industry experience Must have Master's degree from IIT/NIT Proficient in numerical modeling software and AutoCAD/design tools Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills Proven ability to deliver high-quality engineering solutions globally Show more Show less
