We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support our growing client base across the United States and Latin America ! Roles and Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for full-time and contract roles Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Negotiate salaries and handle offer management for all contract types ( W2, C2C, 1099 ) Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers Improve recruitment metrics, including: Time-to-hire Submittal success rate Client satisfaction Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs Skills and Expertise: Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for US and LATAM roles Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 contracts Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in recruitment metrics and process optimization Ability to work US working hours to support clients and candidates effectively Additional Highlights: Immediate joiners preferred – ready to hit the ground running!
