Job Summary

We are seeking a details-oriented and proactive candidate with hands on experience in employee onboarding (Client onboarding Experience).


Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Initiate and track background check and monitor compliance with client specific background requirement and timelines.
  2. Coordinate and manage end to end onboarding process for new hires.
  3. Administered end to end onboarding ensure a seamless integration into company culture and systems.
  4. maintained Accurate records and data integrity.
  5. Schedule orientation session and provide necessary tools and resource to new employees.
  6. Ensure all forms are accurately completed and compliant.
  7. Planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.


Skill Required

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human resource or related field.
  2. 1+ years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle confidential information.
