Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US Engineering (Non IT) Recruiter to join our growing

team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting

for engineering roles across domains such as Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Engineering

Services, IT, Automotive, and Manufacturing for US-based clients. You will play a key role in

identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for our clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and qualify engineering candidates for US-based roles across multiple

* domains.

* Work with US clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality profiles within

* defined timelines.

* Leverage job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases to identify top

* talent.

* Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and culture fit.

* Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

* Coordinate with account managers and clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and

* offer negotiations.

* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 3-6 years of hands-on experience in US recruitment, specifically within engineering and

* technical domains.

* Proven experience in sourcing for Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Engineering

* Services, IT, Automotive, and Manufacturing roles.

* Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices, including visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), tax

* terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and time zones.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience using ATS, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and sourcing

* tools.
