Job Description

Note: Local candidates are highly preferred.

Work Timing : 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (EST zone)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process for US clients from start to finish, including gathering job requirements and onboarding candidates.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
Use Vector VMS to track requirements and manage submissions.
Hire for state clients while following their hiring policies.
Negotiate rates and salaries to hire candidates within the client’s budget.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage onboarding for clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
Meet hiring targets every day, week, and month.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience working on Vector VMS.
Proven track record of hiring for State Clients (Government Requirements).
Hands-on experience with US IT recruitment & staffing processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.).
Familiarity with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Ability to work in EST time zones.
