Manage quarterly SuccessFactors releases, including impact assessment and feature rollouts. Maintain system security through access control reviews and RBP audits. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business users and HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Deliver process improvements through automation and configuration changes. Prepare and conduct training sessions, documentation, and user guides. Key Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (at least two modules and two full-cycle implementations).
