Job Description

Job Summary:

As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring qualified candidates for IT and non-IT positions, ensuring the right fit for both the candidate and the organization. You will collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and Business Development Manager to understand client requirements and source candidates through various channels. Your work will directly contribute to the company's growth by building a strong team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Recruitment and Business Development Managers to understand client's technical requirements, including skills, experience, and certifications.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking to identify potential candidates for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' soft skills, experience, and interest in the role.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with the Business Development team and client hiring managers.
  • Manage the delivery process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and managing communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate job offers, salaries, and start dates with successful candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process and promote the company as an attractive employer.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Possess a technical degree in Computer Science or related fields (B.Tech, B.E., CSE, IT, AI & ML, ECE, EEE, M.Sc. Computer Science, MCA, M.Sc. Data Science, M.Sc. Electrical Engineering).
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT technologies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, SQL) and IT roles (e.g., software engineer, system admin, data analyst).
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey job requirements and engage with candidates in the US market.
  • Possess proficiency in Boolean searches, LinkedIn searches, and web research techniques.
  • Showcase strong negotiation, convincing, and creativity skills.
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking skills and a proactive approach to achieving daily targets.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

  • Familiarity with US IT market and hiring practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
