IT Farmers is a growing organization in the IT Staffing. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to help us find and hire top talent in the technology space.

Job Responsibilities:

·   Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements for IT roles.

·   Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company website.

·   Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

·   Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.

·   Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

·   Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

·   Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.

·   Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Requirements:

·   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

·   Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT recruitment.

·   Knowledge of technical roles (e.g., software developers, network engineers).

·   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·   Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.

·   Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

·   Experience working with staffing agencies or IT consulting firms.

·   Understanding of current hiring trends in the tech industry.

·   Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
