• Full-cycle recruitment for various IT roles within the US market.
• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conducting thorough candidate interviews and assessments.
• Negotiating salary and benefits packages.
• Managing candidate expectations and providing regular updates.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
• Networking and attending industry events to build relationships and source candidates.
• Proactive market research to understand hiring trends and talent pools.
• Meeting or exceeding recruitment targets consistently.

US IT Recruiter Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus on the US IT market.
• Strong understanding of the US IT landscape and current market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Experience using various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of US employment law and visa requirements.
