JD: You will have 2-3+ years experience as a US IT recruiter. NIGHT SHIFT IS A MUST from ONSITE AT BHUBANESHWAR,ODISHA. You will be confident in communicating with professional organizations over the phone, email and video interviews. Minimum Bachelors/Masters degree. Excellent English communication skills. You will be self-motivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured). Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search). Experience on VMS & ATS. Progressive growth Identify, attract and engage with potential candidates. Develop, create and post technical job descriptions. Source candidates using a variety of job portals and networks. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities. Create and share personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products. Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.
