MokshaaLLC is currently looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter, on a Full-Time, Onsite basis in Chennai, TN. MokshaaLLC Onsite - Chennai, TN (Local candidates desired) Key requirements: Strong command of English language is must have. Good understanding of major IT roles, strong understanding of IT Industry and ability to research and conduct technical interviews for various roles is required. Job Description – US IT Recruiter Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent across various technologies including Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, and UI/UX roles for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the US. Leverage strong understanding of IT terminology, technology stacks, and industry trends to accurately assess technical requirements and candidate qualifications. Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS networks to maximize client coverage and submission success. Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), Boolean searches, and social media to build pipelines of active and passive IT candidates. Conduct preliminary technical screenings to assess candidate proficiency and alignment with client needs, going beyond resume-matching to validate real-world skills. Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle — from intake to onboarding — ensuring accountability, responsiveness, and results-oriented execution. Actively network within IT communities, online forums, and tech meetups to expand candidate reach, stay updated on market trends, and build lasting relationships. Coordinate candidate interviews, negotiate pay rates, extend offers, and support onboarding while ensuring compliance with client and legal requirements. Maintain an updated database of consultants and vendors, tracking submissions and interview progress using ATS/CRM tools like Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or JobDiva.
