About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market, specializing in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  full-cycle US recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work on

  Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and 1099

  requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
• Negotiate salaries and rates with consultants and employers.
• Ensure compliance with US work authorizations (H1B, GC, Citizens, OPT, CPT, EAD).
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  2–4 years in US IT recruitment.

• Education:

  Any graduate degree.

• Shift Timing:

  Night Shift (EST/CST time zone).

• Excellent communication skills

  (verbal & written).
• Knowledge of

  US Tax Terms

  (C2C, W2, 1099).
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
