US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end US IT recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-up.
• Source candidates using

  Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn

  , and other platforms.
• Experience in

  bench sales

  : marketing consultants, submitting profiles, scheduling interviews, and negotiating rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  vendors, clients, and candidates

  .
• Good understanding of

  US visa classifications

  (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Maintain daily trackers for submissions, interviews, and candidate status.
• Work during

  US business hours

  and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Deliver quality profiles within deadlines and ensure strong communication throughout the process.

Required Skills

• Minimum

  2+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  US IT staffing

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  bench sales and the US recruitment life cycle

  .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Familiarity with

  US clients, vendors, and implementation partners

  .
• Proficient with job portals and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a

  US staffing agency or consulting firm

  .
• Proven track record of meeting

  daily/weekly target submissions

  .
• Ability to multitask and prioritize roles effectively.
