Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for specific roles. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. Negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Key Skills Required: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of the US IT job market, including various technologies and roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively during US business hours. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. Results-driven and ability to meet recruitment targets. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Desired experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and networking.
