US IT Recruiter – Texas DIR Experience (India-Based | Night Shift) 🔍 Job Overview: We’re hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for Texas DIR (Department of Information Resources) projects. This role is India-based , requires night shift availability , and demands a sharp eye for matching talent with public sector IT roles across the State of Texas . 🧩 Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and submit candidates for Texas DIR state government IT roles. Understand public sector JD compliance, rate cards, and state formats. Coordinate interviews and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill DIR requirements. Ensure documentation and submission compliance as per Texas DIR guidelines . ✅ Requirements: 3–6 years of US IT recruitment experience. 1–2+ years of experience with Texas DIR (state government) roles is mandatory . Proficiency in job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and LinkedIn sourcing. Strong understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.). Comfortable working US night shift (CST) . 🎯 Preferred: Experience working with vendors or prime suppliers on Texas DIR contracts .
