Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for

  Texas DIR

  state government IT roles.
• Understand public sector JD compliance, rate cards, and state formats.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill DIR requirements.
• Ensure documentation and submission compliance as per

  Texas DIR guidelines

  .

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of

  US IT recruitment

  experience.

• 1–2+ years of experience with Texas DIR (state government) roles

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Proficiency in job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.).
• Comfortable working

  US night shift (CST)

  .

Preferred:

• Experience working with

  vendors or prime suppliers on Texas DIR contracts

  .
• Familiarity with

  ATS tools

  and

  submission formats

  for state-level IT roles.
