Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social platforms (LinkedIn), and internal databases. Review job descriptions to understand the client's needs and identify the right candidate. Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidate fit (technical and communication). Negotiate salary and rate expectations with candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets. Work in US Time Zones (EST/PST) and adapt to fast-paced recruitment needs. Required Skills: 36 years of experience in US IT Recruitment . Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C). Familiarity with various US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates.
