We want to hear from you! 📍 Location: Hyderabad/Vizag What You’ll Do: Source and recruit IT professionals for W2 roles across various technologies. Work directly with candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle. Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit. Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Negotiate rates and close candidates efficiently. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of proven experience in US IT Recruiting, with a focus on W2 hiring. Familiarity with US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C). Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of motivation and a strong work ethic. Why Join Us?
