We’re Hiring: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Night Shift – Hyderabad / Remote/Hybrid/Onsite)

Join Hach Technologies LLC / Hachion, a growing US-based IT Staffing & Consulting firm!

We’re looking for experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to market our consultants across the US.

What You’ll Do:

 Market H1B/OPT/GC/USC consultants

 Build vendor/client network & submit profiles

 Prepare resumes, guide consultants, and track submissions

 Negotiate rates & coordinate interviews

 Ensure complete marketing & placement support

Requirements:

3–5 yrs experience in US IT Bench Sales

Strong knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, US Tax Terms

Excellent communication & networking skills

Comfortable working in US Shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST)

Salary : 20 to 25 K (Based on Experience)
