About the Role

Business Development Manager – Training


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the 

    Business Development / Sales team

     to achieve enrollment and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute 

    SEO and digital marketing strategies

     to generate high-quality leads.
  • Align marketing and sales funnels to maximize 

    lead-to-enrollment conversions

    .
  • Coordinate with trainers and operations for seamless class delivery and student satisfaction.
  • Track performance metrics and benchmark against 

    top EdTech competitors

     to implement best practices.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in 

    SEO, digital marketing, and sales operations

    .
  • Strong understanding of 

    lead nurturing, CRM tools, and enrollment funnels

    .
  • Prior experience in the 

    EdTech / Online Training

     industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership skills.
  • Passionate about driving business growth and creating student success stories.
