Bench Sales team

Roles & Responsibilities

• Market 

  H1B / OPT / CPT / EAD / GC / USC consultants

   to vendors, clients, and tier-1 staffing firms.
• Maintain daily engagement with consultants — prepare resumes, update profiles, and ensure active marketing.
• Build and maintain a 

  vendor/client database

   for direct submissions.
• Develop and maintain long-term 

  vendor relationships

   via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Submit consultants to suitable job requirements and 

  negotiate rates

   effectively.
• Track and follow up on interview schedules, feedback, and client updates.
• Coordinate with consultants during onboarding, project starts, and timesheet follow-ups.
• Achieve 

  daily/weekly KPIs

  : submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Collaborate with the management team on improving profiles and marketing strategies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 

  2 years of proven experience

   in US Bench Sales Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of 

  US staffing terms (C2C, W2, 1099)

   and 

  tax terms

  .
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency with 

  Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Corp-to-Corp portals

  , etc.
• Ability to handle multiple consultants and prioritize marketing efforts.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
