🏢 About Us: Hachion.co is a growing EdTech startup focused on delivering industry-relevant, hands-on IT training programs. We're looking to redesign our platform and elevate our learning experience to compete with the best in the industry. 💼 Role Overview: As our UI/UX Designer, you’ll take full ownership of our product design—from ideation to execution. You'll work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to craft intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused designs for web and mobile platforms. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Redesign and optimize landing pages, course pages, and dashboards Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma or Adobe XD Conduct UX research and usability testing to improve user journeys Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation Design marketing assets and graphics as needed 🛠️ Requirements: 2–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (portfolio required) Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools Understanding of responsive design and basic HTML/CSS (a plus) Strong communication and collaboration skills Prior EdTech, SaaS, or e-learning experience (preferred) 💸 Compensation & Perks: Competitive salary based on experience Flexible working hours (remote or hybrid possible) Opportunity to shape the future of a growing EdTech brand Learning benefits and performance bonuses
