Job Title: US Audit Manager Location: Ahmedabad (India) Company: Unison Globus Company Overview: Unison Globus is a global outsourcing firm headquartered in Florida, USA, with offices in Ahmedabad, Surat, and Hyderabad, India. We provide specialized services to CPA firms and businesses across the United States and Canada, including US Tax, Audit, Accounting, and Business Management support. As we expand our audit support division, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Audit Manager to lead and grow our audit team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee audit engagements for US-based CPA clients, including financial statements, Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits, Non-Profit Organization (NPO) audits, reviews, and compilations Supervise and review the work of audit associates and seniors to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and auditing standards Coordinate with US clients to plan and execute audit assignments efficiently and within deadlines Provide technical guidance and resolve audit-related issues Ensure timely completion and delivery of audit documentation and reports Conduct training, performance reviews, and mentoring for team development Continuously monitor workflow and implement process improvements for quality and efficiency Requirements: CA, CPA (US), or equivalent qualification preferred 5+ years of audit experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and audit procedures Experience working with US-based clients or firms (preferred) Proficiency with audit tools and software (e.g., CaseWare, CCH, Thomson Reuters) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership, organizational, and project management abilities What We Offer: Competitive salary package Medical insurance and gratuity benefits Work-life balance with paid leaves and holidays Overtime pay and meals during peak season Professional development and continuous learning A collaborative and growth-driven work culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Are you comfortable with the Ahmedabad location?
