US Accounting Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage

  complete accounting cycle

  for US clients in QuickBooks Online
• Perform and review

  bank, AP, AR, credit card, clearing, and payroll reconciliations

• Handle

  vendor accounting, receivables tracking, accruals, and cut-offs

• Review payroll reports, pass payroll JEs, and reconcile payroll liabilities
• Independently manage

  month-end close

  and prepare

  P&L and Balance Sheet

• Conduct

  balance sheet reviews, variance analysis, and trend analysis

• Support

  budgeting, forecasting, and actual vs budget analysis

• Act as

  primary client contact

  for accounting discussions and reviews
• Coordinate with vendors, payroll processors, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to

  US accounting practices, SOPs, and documentation standards

• Identify process gaps and suggest

  efficiency improvements

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on experience in

  QuickBooks Online (QBO)

• Proven experience in

  month-end close and financial reporting

• Solid knowledge of

  US accounting workflows

  , reconciliations, and payroll accounting
• Ability to

  handle US clients independently

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with

  US restaurant, hotel, or hospitality clients

• Exposure to

  POS systems and restaurant accounting workflows

• Prior

  team handling or review experience
