US Accounting Manager

As the US Accounting Manager, your role involves managing the team responsible for timesheet and billing activities. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing the team of Timesheet & Billing - Entering timesheets and creating invoices for consultants (VMO & NVMO) - Preparing the monthly accruals report for unapproved hours - Providing monthly hours and sales reports - Submitting miscellaneous invoices for bonus, expenses, conversion fees, perm placement fees, PTO, background check, and drug test amount, and following up for approval - Booking invoices for miscellaneous income/revenue in the accounting system - Coordinating with AM & Sales Team to resolve long overdue pending hours approvals - Monitoring audit queries and responses to ensure on-time closure of open audit items - Keeping track of contract amendments and informing the concern recipients on time - Validating discounts, cancellation fees, credits, etc., in lieu of contractual terms - Taking action on billing-related disputes from AR & Audit Team (rate & hours adjustments) - Monitoring checkpoints for month-end tasks - Sending and receiving tenure discount notifications for required action You are required to have a minimum of 8+ years of experience for this role.
