Qualified Chartered Accountant OR
CA Inter / Semi-Qualified (one or both groups cleared)
Handling US accounting operations including bookkeeping and general ledger activities
Preparation and review of financial statements as per US GAAP
Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities
Supporting US federal and state tax filings (basic level)
Assisting in internal and external audits for US clients
Working on accounting software such as QuickBooks / NetSuite / Xero
Coordinating with US clients and internal teams for documentation and clarifications
Ensuring compliance with US accounting standards and timelines
Strong fundamentals in Accounting and Finance
Basic understanding of US GAAP (training can be provided)
Knowledge of Excel and accounting software
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Willingness to work in US shifts (if required)
Eagerness to learn US accounting and taxation processes
Exposure to end-to-end US accounting processes
Structured training on US GAAP and tools
