Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
Oversee SAP-based accounting, reporting, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS/GAAP, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Drive automation, efficiency, and internal control adherence.
Mentor and manage the accounts team.

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA).
710 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong hands-on SAP FI/CO experience.
Solid exposure to audits, financial reporting, and compliance.
