Audit Associate

Client

• Ensure the delivery of timely and high-quality work, as per BDO Audit Methodology and in line with the expectations
• Applies knowledge and understanding of the collective effect of various factors on establishing or enhancing effectiveness, or mitigating the risks, of specific policies and procedures
• Perform operating procedures and systems of internal control and conduct audit tests
• Perform analytical reviews of audit documents and preparing the documentation supporting audit opinion
• Utilizing specialized audit software to develop audit work papers.
• Demonstrate professionalism, competence and excellent communication when dealing with US counterpart
• Applies knowledge of transactional flow and key transactional cycles to complete audit work
• Document, validate, and assesses effectiveness of internal control system
• Determines and communicates improvements to BDO USA client internal controls and accounting procedures

• Applies knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, US GAAS, AICPA, SEC and PCAOB regulations and guidelines, and documents and communicates the application of these principles
• Implement high standards of quality in the day-to-day work.

• Experience serving clients in the Commercial Assurance Sector
