Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

The Chartered Accountant will manage financial planning, accounting, taxation, compliance, and reporting for real estate projects and entities. The role ensures financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and effective cost control across property development, leasing, and sales activities.

Role & responsibilities

1.Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain books of accounts for real estate projects and group entities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage project-wise accounting and cost tracking
• Monitor cash flows, budgets, and fund utilization

Taxation

• Handle

  GST

  ,

  Income Tax

  , and other applicable taxes
• Ensure timely filing of returns and tax payments
• Manage tax planning for real estate transactions (sale, lease, joint development)
• Handle tax assessments, notices, and audits

Compliance & Regulatory

• Ensure compliance with

  RERA

  , Companies Act, and other real estate regulations
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
• Maintain proper documentation for regulatory authorities

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare MIS reports for management
• Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and forecasts
• Support funding proposals, bank loans, and investor reporting

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant (CA) & Having experience into Farvision.

• Experience in

  real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector

  preferred
• Strong knowledge of GST, RERA, and real estate taxation
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and compliance skills
