Job Title: Implant HR Executive

Industry: Logistics (Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Implant HR Executive who will be stationed at our clients location and manage end-to-end HR operations, attendance, cash handling, and manpower management. The role also requires a monthly visit to the Pune branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage attendance, leave records, and daily manpower reports.
Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.
Manage Ad-hoc manpower requirements, including arranging, deploying, and coordinating additional manpower as needed.
Manage cash handling related to HR operations (as required).
Coordinate and manage ad-hoc manpower requirements.
Act as the point of contact between the client and internal HR
Resolve employee queries and support day-to-day HR
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain
Visit the Pune branch once a month for HR coordination and reviews.

Requirements:

Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in HR operations.
Experience in the logistics industry preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
Ability to handle manpower and cash-related responsibilities.
Immediate joiner preferred.
