Urgent Wailk-in | Operations Manager | Client handling

Role:

Location:

•    Develop and implement long-term operational strategies aligned with the

company's overall goals.

•    Strengthen relationships with current clients and look for opportunities to grow

by working with the business development team.

•    Make sure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed, reviewed,

and improved when needed.

•    Oversee and mentor a diverse team of managers and executives fostering a

positive and collaborative work environment.

•    Drive operational efficiency, streamline processes, and identify opportunities

for improvement.

•    Prioritize customer satisfaction by monitoring key metrics, resolving issues

promptly, and implementing strategies to enhance the user experience.

•    Root cause analysis of SLA deviations, action plan development and

resolution

•    Identify process improvement areas and take initiatives to improve operational

metrics like productivity, quality, TAT, etc.

•    Evaluate Employee performance and execute appropriate personnel actions.
•    Handle escalated issues and requests from internal and external Clients and

employees; provide feedback and guidance to the staff

•    Identify and mitigate potential operational risks, ensuring business continuity.

•    Utilize data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-

driven decisions.

•    Use tools and technology to make operations smoother and improve services.

Qualifications

•    Bachelors degree/Graduate in any stream
•    5-7 years of experience managing others in a time sensitive environment
•    Previous BGV operations experience preferred
•    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
•    Motivated, goal-driven individuals with the ability to work independently.
•    A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
