We are looking for a US Corporate Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented professionals for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the job market context of India, and be able to work the night shift to accommodate the US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to determine candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and job expectations.
• Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates.
• Provide guidance to candidates on the company and role, including compensation and benefits.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a focus on US-based clients.
• Familiarity with US recruitment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
