Job Description

Sr. Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    business growth and revenue generation

    by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Explore and penetrate

    new markets

    , industries, and client segments.
  • Build and maintain

    strong client relationships

    , acting as a trusted advisor for IT services and digital transformation solutions.
  • Understand customer business needs and requirements to

    effectively pitch customized IT solutions

    .
  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads to build a

    robust sales pipeline

    .
  • Perform regular

    follow-ups on leads, prospects, and previous contacts

    to maximize conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and marketing) to ensure seamless proposal development and solution alignment.
  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using

    CRM tools

    .
  • Stay updated on

    technology trends, digital transformation initiatives, and IT services offerings

    to enhance value propositions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience

    in business development, sales, or a related role within the

    IT services and consulting domain

    .
  • Proven track record of

    driving revenue growth and closing complex deals

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    IT services, digital transformation, and emerging technology trends

    .
  • Experience building and managing a

    qualified sales pipeline

    .
  • Proficiency with

    CRM and sales tools

    such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar (preferred).
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Strong

    strategic thinking, planning, and relationship management

    abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • International Market experience is mandatory (Preferred

    US Market
