Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

8+ years of experience in business development or a related role within the IT services and consulting industry along with a team handling.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, exploring new markets, and managing client relationships.
Solid understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and technology trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant solutions.
Perform follow-ups on leads and previous contacts.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Schedule meetings/demos for the presales or technical team.
Experience with CRM tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigators, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc. (preferred).
International regions work experience (must)
