Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets through direct channel sales, agency channel sales, and open market.
Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration in the region.
Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to improve their skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., underwriting) to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
