Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Development

Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, site visits, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

2. Product Promotion & Sales

Promote company products: Bentonite, Laterite, Ball Clay, Polymer, Organo Clay.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow-up for closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

3. Market Research & Analysis

Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Identify market trends, demand patterns, and new applications for products.
Recommend strategies to improve sales and market share.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
Maintain records of sales, enquiries, and customer interactions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

5. Customer Service & Relationship Management

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and after-sales issues promptly.
Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Ensure contract compliance and timely invoicing.
