Immigration Generalist

US Staffing industry

Key Responsibilities:

Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Reach out to candidates on a monthly basis, address their queries, and provide assistance as required.
Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure a smooth workflow within the team.
Monitor deadlines and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Act as a liaison between the immigration team, other departments, and clients to maintain clear and consistent communication.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and legal requirements.
Provide support during peak workloads or in challenging situations to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
Commitment to delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
Prior experience in the
US Staffing industry
will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Background:

Experience in US Staffing, Immigration Coordination, or related administrative roles.
