Senior Operations Manager

Required :- Only Male cadidate

Responsibilities :-

Client Servicing Serve clients by addressing and resolving their queries efficiently. Maintain excellent telephone and email etiquette in all client interactions.

Onboarding Facilitate the onboarding process for AIF, PMS, mutual fund, and broking clients. Carrying out Know Your Customer (KYC) of resident / non individual investors.

Sales Support Assist Sales Relationship Managers (RMs) in resolving their queries and providing necessary information.

Reporting Prepare and maintain daily task reports and submit them to reporting managers. Generate monthly statements of account for clients and as and when required by RMs & Clients.

Platform Proficiency Learn and understand the Inwestwell platform, focusing on generating portfolio management reports. Financial Knowledge Develop a brief understanding of AIF, PMS, and mutual fund servicing to enhance client interactions.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 2 to 3 years in client servicing or operations with the wealth Management firm. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with financial products (AIF, PMS, mutual funds) is desirable. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
