Senior Accountant

Job Title:

Joining Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing & Invoicing:

  Generate and issue invoices to clients; maintain accurate billing records.

• Account Reconciliation:

  Ensure account balances are accurate and reconcile discrepancies.

• Brokerage Calculation:

  Compute and process brokerage payments accurately.

• Distributor Payments:

  Manage and execute timely payments to distributors.

• Employee MIS Reports:

  Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for employees.

• AIF & PMS Reporting:

  Compile and generate reports for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).

• Excel Maintenance:

  Maintain detailed financial tracking and reporting spreadsheets.

• Accounting Entries:

  Perform accounting tasks using

  Tally

  software.

• GST Filing:

  Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns in accordance with regulations.

• TDS Compliance:

  Handle monthly and quarterly TDS calculations and filings.

• Audit Preparation:

  Support audit processes by preparing and providing necessary documentation.

• Professional Tax Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with professional tax requirements.

• Advance Tax Management:

  Calculate and manage advance tax payments.

• Tax Return Filing:

  Oversee accurate and timely tax return submissions.

• Income Audit Support:

  Assist with income audits and provide relevant financial data.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.
  
• Proficiency in

  Tally

  and

  Microsoft Excel

  is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
