Emerson is seeking a strategic and results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead global ISV focused programs and projects to solve critical business challenges. This role plays a pivotal part in transforming current organizational constraints around the globe and implementing those global changes in Asia Pacific region. This role integrates key Continuous Improvement programs, Perfect Execution methodologies, and best lean approaches into a cohesive, customer-focused strategy. The aim is to bring value, reduce lead times, improve delivery performance, optimize costs, and support growth by reviewing and enhancing processes, people, and tools in identified areas with particular focus on enterprise, across departments, and across factories projects.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

    Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve fulfillment models, quote speed, and other business-related priorities.
  • Process Redesign:

    Design and implement top-down and bottom-up methodology to identify and prioritize high-impact improvement projects for the business, functions, and sites.
  • Project Execution and Accountability:

    Lead identified Continuous Improvement programs around the globe, by driving and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful completion, facilitate smooth handovers to business owners, and ensure sustained improvements over time by ensuring accountability.
  • Complete End to End Change Management Ownership:

    Organize initial cross-functional team, lead kaizen/process-mapping event to create new strategy, project manage the team to make the change, and then use data to track successful implementation.
  • Culture and Collaboration:

    Promote a Continuous Improvement culture within the region by redefining lean tools and facilitating departmental / functional driven projects whenever vital. Collaborate with department champions and leadership within the region on Kaizen events, workshops, value stream mapping, change management, standardization, and data analysis

Who You Are:

You are a strategic, action-oriented leader with a passion for continuous improvement and a proven ability to influence across functions. You thrive in collaborative environments, driving impactful change through Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and/or Perfect Execution methodologies. Your ability to lead high-visibility initiatives and solve complex challenges makes you a catalyst for transformation.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lean and/or continuous improvement projects within a global or cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to support and collaborate with regionally dispersed teams, driving and contributing to project execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-drive solutions.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complex problems or scenarios.
  • Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
  • High adaptability, innovative and curious approach.
  • Must be highly action-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives forward, overcome obstacles, and deliver measurable results in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Flexibility for travel on a project-by-project basis.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt certifications, Certified Lean Practitioner, Kaizen Facilitator
  • Experience or knowledge of working in the Industrial Valves industry.
