Were scaling rapidly across the UK, USA, Australia, Germany and beyond. To keep pace, we need to make our B2B sales engine (airports, embassies, institutions) and our PW MoneyMaker referral program (students selling to students) as smooth and compounding as possible.

Role Purpose
As our Continuous Improvement Manager (Flow Architect), youll work directly with the CEO to refine, simplify, and automate the flows that power PW-SIMs.
Your mission is to:
Shorten deal cycles and scale our B2B sales flow.
Optimise and grow the PW MoneyMaker referral journey.
Deliver weekly 12% improvements so both flows compound over time.

Key Responsibilities
Map the end-to-end B2B sales process and standardise proposals, contracts, and onboarding.
Refine the PW MoneyMaker referral flow: sign-up ? referral ? payout.
Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and friction points.
Automate repetitive tasks (CRM updates, payout triggers, dashboards).
Build live dashboards for deals, referral growth, and payouts.
Deliver measurable improvements every week, creating compounding gains.

What Were Looking For
510 years experience in Operations Excellence / Sales Ops / Rev Ops / Process Consulting / Lean / Kaizen.
Proven track record of refining sales or referral systems in fast-growth environments.
Analytical + data fluent (Excel/SQL/BI tools).
Skilled with automation and no-code tools (HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier, Notion).
Strong communicator: can simplify complexity and get buy-in.
High-vibration energy: trust, love, and refinement in how you work.
