Job Description

In this role, you will act as the single point of contact and change agent for continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead these initiatives and promote culture changes using TE Operating Advantage and CI tools. Working closely with leadership, you will develop comprehensive CI strategies to support organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include educating and training on continuous improvement methodology, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues to drive results. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a change agent for continuous improvement activities - Lead continuous improvement initiatives using TE Operating Advantage and CI tools - Develop CI strategies in alignment with organizational goals - Educate and train on continuous improvement methodology - Identify improvement opportunities in functional processes - Work with Automation Team to align projects with goals - Assist in project selection, scoping, and prioritization - Lead project teams and provide guidance during execution - Perform impact analysis for process changes - Monitor and report progress of CI initiatives - Collaborate with other CI Managers to share best practices - Communicate significance of process changes to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in process improvement or project management - 2+ years of managerial experience, ideally in CI or Project Management - Experience in managing CI projects related to Finance & Accounting process - Knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, and Change Management - Experience working with technologies such as SAP, Celonis, Tableau, etc. - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration TE Connectivity plc is a global industrial technology leader focused on creating a safer, sustainable, and connected future.
