Roles and Responsibilities Manage store operations, including inventory management, material requirement planning, and shrinkage control. Oversee floor management, team management, and retail operations to ensure efficient store setup and supervision. Develop and implement strategies for retail planning, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. Ensure effective communication with the operations team to achieve business objectives.
