Job Description

Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Post job openings on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines
Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely closure of open positions
Handle documentation and background verification processes

Employee Engagement:

Plan and organize weekly Friday fun activities and team-building games
Celebrate birthdays, festivals, and special days on the floor to boost morale
Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for event setup and logistics
Collect feedback from employees to improve engagement programs
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and engagement activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset and strong organizational abilities
Energetic, approachable, and a team player

Location: Thane
