Urgent Hiring - Sales Auditor (Preferred BPO Background)

What You Will Do?

• Conduct audits of sales calls, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and ethical practices.
• Review lead handling, client interactions, and closure techniques to identify performance gaps.
• Prepare structured audit reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales Trainers and Managers to drive continuous improvement in sales conversion and customer experience.
• Monitor accuracy in sales reporting, incentive calculations, and achievement tracking.
• Build and implement Sales Call &

  best practices from Industry

  into TYAs accounting and ERP sales processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry norms.

What We Are Looking For?

• Proven experience in

  Sales Quality / Audit / Compliance

  within a

  BPO or Call Center sales environment

  .
• Strong listening, analytical, and reporting skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify gaps and provide structured, practical solutions.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• A team player who can bridge quality assurance with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory).
• Certification in Sales Quality / Audit / Compliance will be an added advantage.
