We are having an urgent job opportunity for Management Trainee-Pre-Sales B2B position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Conduct

    cold calling

    to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Perform

    B2B lead generation

    through research, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a

    qualified pipeline

    of prospects.

Sales & Pre-Sales

  • Support the

    IT sales

    and pre-sales team with initial client communication and requirement gathering.
  • Present company products/services through calls, emails, or virtual meetings.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.

Data Creation & Reporting

  • Create and maintain

    accurate sales data

    , lead lists, and CRM records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track performance metrics and share insights with management.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries and assist in closing deals.

Training & Development

  • Participate in

    management and product training sessions

    .
  • Continuously improve skills related to communication, negotiation, and IT product understanding.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability in

    cold calling

    and

    lead qualification

    .
  • Knowledge of

    B2B sales

    and IT sales processes.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

First 1 month it will be an internship program. Based on performance it will be converted into a full time employment.
