Looking for IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top IT talent.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding assistance.
• Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends and recruitment best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience with technical screening methods is a plus.
• Familiarity with employer branding strategies and talent attraction techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for cloud technologies, DevOps, software development, cybersecurity, and data engineering roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations related to hiring.
• Certification in recruitment or HR-related fields (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) is a plus.
